Independent contractor for real estate developer controlling a large mixed-use project. Provided advice and assistance in developing Excel models and processes for deal valuation and actual vs budget reporting. The project, “State Center”, is 40 acres near downtown Baltimore with $1 billion total development potential. Project went on hold in 2015 due to political opposition from newly elected governor despite support from city hall and local neighborhood/community organizations.
