My primary focus since joining the firm has been working on Head of School matters wherin specifically we work to ensure that our clients acheive fair, equitable, and competitive pay packages, with the best compensation and benefits packages reasonably possible to support themselves and their families, while still remaining sensitive to the resources and missions of the organizations they serve. The project, “State Center”, is 40 acres near downtown Baltimore with $1 billion total development potential. Project went on hold in 2015 due to political opposition from newly elected governor despite support from city hall and local neighborhood/community organizations.
